Hybrid TV as part of the most popular TV programmes

Spring 2019:
PUTOUS: In spring 2019, Hybrid TV viewers can participate in the twists and turns of Putous directly from their couch. Hybrid TV owners can vote for their favourite character and participate directly in the programme’s course by pressing the keys on the remote control during interactive sketches. Follow Putous on the MTV channel every Saturday evening in spring 2019.
TÄHDET TÄHDET: Hybrid TV owners can vote for their own favourite artist in the popular Tähdet Tähdet show for free by pressing the blue remote button. The show is aired on the MTV channel and mtv service on Sundays starting from 3 February 2019.
Autumn 2018:
PUTOUS: Viewers had the option to vote for their own favourites through hybrid TV in the popular Putous character competition. In addition, #putous tweets could be followed through the hybrid TV service.
IDOLS: In the 2018 Idols show, hybrid TV viewers could participate in price draws with prizes such as tickets to the show and product packages merely by pressing a remote button and by entering their phone number on the price draw form in the hybrid TV service. In addition, through hybrid TV, viewers could access old Idols video clips in the Ruutu service at any time of the day. One of the programme partners for Idols was Pågen, which sponsored the voting for hybrid TV viewers and thus gained additional visibility and a tactical advertising surface for its products.
TANSSII TÄHTIEN KANSSA (DANCES WITH STARS): In the Tanssii tähtien kanssa show, hybrid TV viewers could vote for their favourite couples by pressing a remote button – for free. The programme partner for the show was Omalaina.fi, which gained additional visibility through hybrid TV by sponsoring the viewer voting. Twitter’s #mtvttk tweet flow could also be followed through hybrid TV.
JAHTI: Hybrid TV was part of MTV’s Jahti programme in autumn 2018. Viewers had the option to order a link for downloading the Jahti application through a supplementary hybrid TV service.
LOVE ISLAND FINLAND: Hybrid TV enabled viewers to order a link for downloading the programme application to their phone.
Spring 2018:
KINGI: For the Kingi programme broadcast by MTV in spring 2018, hybrid TV viewers could vote for their own Kingi favourites simply by pressing the blue remote button.
X FACTOR FINLAND: Hybrid TV viewers were able to vote for their own favourites in the X Factor Finland show aired by MTV3 in spring 2018.
THE VOICE OF FINLAND: Viewers were able to use their hybrid TV remotes to vote for their own TVOF favourites in The Voice of Finland competition that was broadcast by Nelonen in spring 2018. Supla, TVOF’s programme partner sponsored the voting and thus obtained a tactical advertising surface for their service through hybrid TV.
Autumn 2017:
IDOLS: The first hybrid TV programme cooperation was carried out with Sanoma for the Idols show in autumn 2017. The blue remote button for hybrid TVs enabled viewers to vote for their own Idols favourites free of charge.
