FOX International Channels and Digita Oy have
concluded a  multi-year agreement that
will bring broadcast services for FIC’s FOX Crime channel in Norway, the Baltic
channels FOX and FOX Life, and material processing for FOX in Finland, to
Digita’s Helsinki hub, in addition to the existing playout of FOX Finland.

“We are very pleased to be expanding our relationship
with Digita. Based on our cooperation to date, we are certain that this move
will help us to provide our partners and viewers with the best channels
possible,” comments FIC’s VP
Broadcast Operations Europe Tim
Joyce

“Our
collaboration with FOX has been excellent, and we are glad that FIC has decided
to expand its relationship with Digita. This agreement is very significant for
Digita’s media services. We want to provide our clients with turnkey services
that allow them to concentrate on their core know-how, content production. We
provide cost-efficient content assembly for terrestrial and cable networks, the
Internet and radio. In
addition, Digita is responsible for broadcasts on the terrestrial radio and TV
networks. This guarantees state-of-the-art infrastructure for  our playout customers as well,” explains
Digita’s managing director Sirpa Ojala.
