Digita´s CEO Sirpa Ojala
resigned from her position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Digita Group
on 16 October, 2014.

From 16 October, 2014, Mr Jussi
Lehtonen will serve as the acting CEO of the company until the appointment
of a new CEO.
