Purpose and basis for processing personal data | The filing system is maintained as part of Digita Info, which is a consumer helpdesk service for terrestrial television reception and Digita’s Hybrid TV and Pay-TV services. Digita Info serves consumers in matters such as Digita’s broadcast networks, antenna systems, reception and coverage areas, broadcast network reception problems, radio propagation conditions and issues concerning the compatibility of users’ devices and Digita’s networks. Due to the nature of the service, it is essential that consumers’ contact details and physical location (address) are known to Digita, along with necessary information regarding devices and reception of broadcast signals. Regural data sources | Personal data is generally collected either directly through communication initiated by the data subject (online forms, phone calls or email) or from authorities or Digita’s partners. All calls and emails are recorded to verify the agreed services and develop service quality. Customers will be informed about the recording of calls at the beginning of the call. | ||
Disclosure of personal data | Personal data may be disclosed to parties whose participation in data processing is essential for the provision of services. Such parties include authorities, television broadcasters, antenna installers and Digita’s subcontractors.
