Personal data processed | The filing system is used to process and maintain job applicants’ personal data for the purposes of filling vacancies. The nature of the processed data varies, but typically includes the following: name, contact information, date of birth, education, work experience, skills, hobbies and wishes regarding possible positions and pay. |
Purpose and basis for processing personal data | Personal data is processed in the following processes: the application process (incl. processing of applications and interviews), performance of possible personal estimations, inspection of credit information (only in the case of certain applicants), security clearances and drug testing (in the case of selected applicants).
